Franklin Brewing Company was born from a simple conviction: that the best brews come from patience, quality ingredients, and a deep respect for the craft. Our founders saw something special in Grafton — a community that values tradition and takes pride in what it produces — and decided to put that spirit into every pint and every loaf.
Today, our taproom on Main Street is where neighbors gather, where the aroma of freshly baked bread mingles with the rich scent of fermenting wort, and where every visit feels like coming home. We brew in small batches, bake from scratch, and treat every customer like they've been part of the family from the start.
Each batch is brewed with locally sourced grains and pure Ohio water, then aged to perfection in our temperature-controlled cellar.

Every morning before the taps are pulled, our bakers are already at work. Sourdough loaves with crackling crusts, buttery croissants, and savory pastries — all made from scratch using time-honored techniques and the finest ingredients.
